They have COVID safety measures in place, as other vets do, but I still felt there was a high quality of care. They listened, took notes, and though I couldn't go in, I felt all my concerns and questions were thoroughly addressed. I really felt comfortable and will be using them as my vet going forward. I've found other vets, previously of high quality, now very much lacking due to the same measures.

Good people, following covid safety. They came to our vehicle, took our dog, and brought him back with all we needed done. Fast and convenient. Safe.

It's been awhile but this is my go to place for my buddies. They're highly skilled and pet friendly. Adam Smith did an almost impossible growth removal on Blondie my Golden Retriever. Just off 7th street close to 68 and Eisenhower. Easy to get to and very comfortable.

Hands down the best place to take your pets. I live in Olathe and it is more than worth the 40 minute drive to make sure my golden doodle is well taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable, very kind and much cheaper than the local big name vets. Look at how happy my pupper is after getting spayed there!

Do not have access to a computer. My dog was Chip today and they took the time to go ahead and enter all my information into the computer. I think you very much Ottawa Veterinary Animal Hospital. Been customer out there for years with my pets. Thank you again

Fantastic vet, always friendly and caring, sadly just moved out of the area but they made sure I had all of my pups info emailed to me for the new vet! Above and beyond service! Pricing is very average, some places you might be able to get some things cheaper, and some places are way more expensive so it’s right in the middle, but the service makes up for it.

A good and caring Vet. Pricing is very reasonable. This is a busy office so be ready to move quickly and the folks are curt not rude because they are so busy. My favorite vet ever.

I have been going to this veterinarian office for 20 years. I've referred many people here over the years and will continue to do so. The staff are compassionate and caring and go above and beyond to care for our animals. I have moved over an hour away from ottawa and I still travel here to the vet. Their prices are unbeatable! Dr Ned Smith has always been a pleasure to work with. Thank you for all you do!

They are very kind. When we had to have Bella put to sleep they didn't rush through things and made me feel they weren't pushing me to get it over with. They also let me take her home the night before to let my daughter say good bye. What I like the best is they had time to send me a sympathy card. Thank you all.

This week was our first visit there. We visited the walk inside and we were there less than an hour, which I was surprised because this place was full of other animals waiting to be seen! They were very patient and loving with our big fur baby. They are also very reasonable on cost! We will continue to go there! :)

My families been going here for years. They saved many of our animals over the years. They're very reasonably priced and the only vets in the area that I would trust.

The day our dog hit by a car they where I'm taking new patients. They checked her in anyway. Luckily her leg wasn't broken just a dislocated hip. She spent the day in the office and came home that afternoon. The bill was reasonable, the staff was great. Highly recommend.

This veterinary service is a family owned and operated. They service not only Rover, and Kitty, but your horse and livestock as well.. Please see them to spay and neuter your pets.. your neighborhood will love you for it!

We drive almost an hour to take our pets here because their prices are so affordable and they have an after hours, on call vet. 4 stars because there have been times when we've had to wait for a few hours to be seen.
